Rude and unhelpful staff, I came in wanting to spend a good solid thousand or two on a set of irons (I may not look like your typical rich golfer based on being tattooed head to toe but never judge a book by its cover) . Not one staff member came up to me to see if I needed help. I will take my money somewhere else.

What an amazing store!!!!I am so happy with my purchases here. Shoutout to Gavin Sumption who is an absolute legend when it comes to fitting your clubs. Got fitted recently and the clubs I have now are the best fit I have ever had. Wish I could give Gavin 10 stars for the quality of his service! The store has you covered for all the gear that you want- even the boutique brands. Highly recommend and I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Dealt with Bronte on a few occasions now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS(everyone else in the shop is amazing)Her customer service skills are appalling. her phone manner is even worse. and her product knowledge is the worst I've ever seen. I believe when I asked her what's makes the new Titleist driver better than the last model her comment to myself was well it's the new one so it's better"?she should be working in a customer facing role or any role that deals with the public.."

Where to begin? From the first call, the lady I spoke with was extremely informative and helpful, and was able to keep a club package aside for me to pick up after work.When I got there not only did she continue her brilliant customer service she helped me find addition items I would need (that I did not think of like a glove, spare tees, and divot tool, etc) as I have just taken up golf. She took time to explain the difference in items as well as showing me different priced options and was not pushy.I highly recommend the Joondalup store, and if you go there ask for Nici if you have any questions as she is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Online delivery is diabolical.This is the Third time I have ordered online from them and have had to wait over 2 weeks to get it delivered.What's sad about it is I live in the same city as the warehouse. It only has to travel 6 suburbs.We'll never again..Buyers beware

Recently purchased another Footjoy Polo and pair Oakley Flak 2.0 XL sunglasses. Excellent value and no other retailer could get near the price of the Oakley's. Always excellent prices with helpful staff always willing to give advice. Gavin is my go-to guy, knows his stuff and not at all pushy.

Hate it when the husband comes home annoyed, because yet another store would rather have a chat among staff than acknowledge a customer. Another lost sale from poor customer service.

I was a long time customer of the store but never bought any irons off them. So I wanted to change my irons. So I decided I will get them from the store. I went in to see Gavin or Josh but they weren’t there so I saw someone else served me. Anyway I told that I was a 2 flat and needed jumbo grips. Anyway this didn’t happen and when I did 2 range sessions I knew something wasn’t right. The grips were to thin and the lie angle was wrong. So I returned them and saw Gavin and they changed them to exactly what I wanted. You can’t ask for any better service than that. I did feel bad about returning them but they were superb and I couldn’t be more happier.
