Joondalup Resort Golf Course

Course was in great condition hence 3 stars but staffing was another issue altogether. The course starter was overbearing, in your face and making unprofessional comments and conversation.Very poor service from the bar after the game. Waited 20 minutes to get served, two bar staff for a Friday afternoon is inadequate , clearly more interested in serving the members. Plenty of other people thought the same, had six friends staying at the resort who left the bar as wait times for a drink were excessive and unfortunately this was not a resort experience. Great course, just go elsewhere for aftergame drinks.

Lovely course, horrible staff. Unhelpful, snarky and plain rude. Travelled from Brisbane to Perth and was excited to try a new course but did not feel welcomed for one minute. By reading other reviews this isn’t a new thing… maybe teach your staff how to be decent human beings? Possibly a customer service course? Just an idea!

Had carts booked weeks in advance only to turn up and be told they don’t have any carts. The guy who in the pro shop made us feel like we were imposing on his day, that we were an inconvenience. The service in the cafe wasn’t much better. The golf course was in great condition and and enjoyable. The service was absolutely rubbish though.

Always a pleasure staying at Joondalup Resort & Golf Course. The course (and surrounding facilities) is world class and the resort is nice although a bit dated now. I’ve played at the course numerous times, took advantage of stay & play packages and also attended a wedding onsite. The wedding venue was very classy. The pool area is really nice and good for the kids.

Wow what a layout!! The course is built around a limestone quarry. The majority of holes are extremely difficult for a first timer like me. Cost includes motorised buggy and a handful of tees.

Great course. Always enjoy playing here. Corporate golf days are well organised , food and beverages are always enjoyable after the game.
